Midwest Air Group December traffic rose 4.3%

NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - Midwest Air Group Inc. Friday said December traffic rose 4.3% to 350.1 million revenue passenger miles and capacity rose 9.6% to 516.9 million available seat miles from the same period last year.

The airline's load factor fell to 67.7% from 71.2% in December 2006.

Shares of the Oak Creek, Wis.-based carrier closed Thursday at $14.09.
