Greggs says non-executive director Ian Gibson resigns

LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Britain's biggest bakery chain, Greggs PLC, said its non-executive director Ian Gibson has resigned effective from Feb 29, citing increased commitments at Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC, where he joined as director on Sept 3, 2007.
