Greek BVIC receives last permit necessary for building 3 luxury hotels in Sounio

ATHENS (Thomson Financial) - Greek real estate company Babis Vovos International Construction (BVIC) said that it had received the final of three building permits for the construction of three five star hotels in Sounio.

The three
hotels will have a total lettable area of about 12,000 square meters and will be built on a prime 62,000 square metre seaside plot.

Building is expected to begin shortly with completion expected within 15 months.

BVIC explained that the project will strengthen the group's commitment in the tourist development sector and the location of the project has already attracted interest from local and international hotel operators.
