BPM's offer for Anima to run Dec. 15 to Jan. 23

MILAN, Dec 9 (Reuters) - Banca Popolare di Milano (Milan: PMI.MI - news) 's (BPM) buyout offer for all of Italian asset management

Stock market regulator Consob has approved the prospectus for BPM's offer of 1.45 euros for each Anima share, first announced by BPM in September, the bank said.
