LONDON (ShareCast) - Aerospace and specialist engineering group Hampson has agreed to collaborate with US-based industrial automation firm Advanced Integration Technology for the design, manufacture and supply of technology for a new business
jet programme.
It says the partnership should be worth up to $30m to Hampson over the next two years.
"We are delighted to be partnering with AIT on this prestigious project which will provide significant work share for our tooling businesses, underpinning our confidence in their long term growth potential," Hampson's chief executive kim Ward said.
"The collaboration will harness AIT's proven capabilities in factory design with our own unparalleled expertise in precision tooling design and manufacture."
