LONDON (ShareCast) - Construction and regeneration specialist Morgan Sindall (LSE: MGNS.L - news) has bagged a £49m contract from
the University of Reading.
The contract involves the construction of two new halls of residence at the university, a new catering building and the refurbishment of the ground floor an existing hall of residence.
The latest contract win follows on from two recent contract wins worth £25m from the University of Leeds to build a student accommodation complex and refurbish a Grade II-listed Colour Science Laboratory.
