has emerged as the biggest percentage riser. Water group Pennon is the heaviest faller after yesterday's judgement from Ofwat on water charges over the next five years and Compass is pointing south again today after disappointing results yesterday. FTSE 100 up 22 at 4,582.
1300: Footsie looks to be heading for its 10th straight day of gains, with bank RBS (LSE: RBS.L - news) now at the top of the pile. Other financial stocks, such as London Stock Exchange (LSE: LSE.L - news) and the insurer Legal & General (3166.KL - news) , are also going well. FTSE 100 up 25 at 4,584.

0923: Footsie has limped back into the blue, up 1 at 4,561, but it has largely done so on the back of heavily weighted index constituent Vodafone, which is up after it said revenue rose 9.3% in the quarter to June. Compass is pointing south again today after disappointing results yesterday.
