FTSE 250 movers: JD Wetherspoon fizzing after upgrade

LONDON (ShareCast) - Investors have raised a glass to JD Wetherspoon after Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS - news) lifted its rating on the pub group
to 'overweight' from 'underweight', after falls in the company's share price lately. Rival pub group Marston's is unwanted though.

Military decoy specialist Chemring is going well after it saw half-year profits and revenues surge as dividends were hiked 40% due to the strong performance by the Energetics division.

Power station operator Drax falls back after saying it is to raise £100m through a placing to restore its credit rating after a recent downgrade by Standard & Poor's.
