LONDON (ShareCast) - Renewable energy (LSE: REH.L - news) group Novera has announced the appointment of Richard Round as finance director
with effect from 3 August.
Round, who is currently CFO at Lubel Coal and has previously worked as finance director at AIM-listed Anglo-Asian Mining and also Cambrian Mining (LSE: CBM.L - news) , replaces Rory Quinlan.
"Richard brings a breadth of experience both working for public companies and as a finance director," said chairman Roy Franklin.
"He has excellent relationships with the financial community and the board of Novera looks forward to working with him as we grow the company," he added.
