("Phosphagenics") (ASX: POH, AIM: PSG, OTCQX: PPGNY) advises that the exact
number of new ordinary fully paid shares issued and allotted in connection with
the recent fundraising is 60,601,500 ("New Shares").
It is expected that trading in the New Shares on AIM will commence on or around
13 May 2008.
