Sonus Pharmaceuticals receives delisting notice from Nasdaq; intends to appeal
BOSTON (Thomson Financial) - Sonus Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ: SNUS - news) . Friday said it received a determination letter from the Nasdaq
Stock Market (NASDAQ: NDAQ - news) , indicating that the company has failed to regain compliance with the $1 minimum bid price requirement for continued listing.
Sonus said it intends to request a hearing to appeal.
Shares of the Bothell, Wash.-based drug developer closed Wednesday at 36 cents.
