Rambus names Bruce Dunlevie as its chairman
NEW YORK (Thomson Financial) - Rambus Inc. said it named Bruce Dunlevie as its chairman of the board, effective May 8.
Dunlevie has serviced on Rambus (NASDAQ: RMBS - news) ' board since 1990, when the company was founded. He has also been a general partner of venture capital firm Benchmark Capital since 1995.
Shares of the Los Altos, Calif. technology licensing company closed Thursday at $22.90.
