Glen Group names Alan Bonner CEO, Graham Duncan to be non-exec chairman
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Glen Group Plc (LSE: GLN.L - news) . said the co-founder and managing director of Pinnacle Group Ltd., Alan
Bonner, will join as the company's chief executive, replacing Graham Duncan who will be appointed non-executive chairman.
Duncan will be replacing Eric Hagman, who is stepping down to pursue his other business interests, the information technology and communications solutions provider said.
