Ashpool Telecom names Scott Fletcher non-exec chairman with immediate effect
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Plus markets (LSE: PMK.L - news) -listed Ashpool Telecom Plc. said it has named Scott Fletcher as its non-executive chairman with immediate effect, replacing Neil Newell, who will return to his preferred role in technical development.
Ashpool said Fletcher currently owns 388,500 shares, or 5.67 percent, in the company.
