Aegis appoints Jerry Buhlmann CEO of Aegis Media
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Marketing communications company Aegis Group PLC. has appointed Jerry Buhlmann chief executive of its Aegis Media business, succeeding Mainardo de Nardis and joining the board on June 2.
Buhlman has been
chief executive of Aegis Media's EMEA region since 2003 and prior to that was CEO of Carat International, Aegis's media communications business.
Aegis Media reported organic revenue growth of 10.3 percent in 2007 and the first quarter of 2008. It derives over one-quarter of total revenue from digital services.
Aegis CEO Robert Lerwill said: 'As we continue to develop an industry-leading global media communications network, I am confident that Jerry will take Aegis Media to the next level.'
