Bid talks end at Cobra Holdings

LONDON (ShareCast) - Retail and wholesale insurance broking firm Cobra Holdings (LSE: CBRA.L - news) has ended talks with a potential
bidder, it announced late Friday.

Cobra (Milan: COB.MI - news) received an approach earlier this month and said it was in discussions which cold lead to an offer for the company.

"The company announces that the offer discussions, which were the subject of this announcement, have been terminated and that the company is not in discussions with any other party regarding a potential offer for the company," it said today.
