has opened up 30 points led by Ferrexpo (LSE: FXPO.L - news) as the mining sector continues to push ahead.Thomas Cook (LSE: TCG.L - news) is up following the ending of talks to merge its Condor airline with Air Berlin (Xetra: AB1000 - news) . Other airlines are weak with British Airways (LSE: BAY.L - news) the worst Footsie performer. FTSE 100 up 38 at 5,445.
