Central African Gold names Roy Lander non-exec chairman
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Central African Gold Plc (LSE: CAN.L - news) . said it has appointed Roy Lander as its non-executive chairman.
Lander is a former non-executive director of African Platinum Plc.
The AIM-traded gold mining and exploration company also said it has appointed the managing partner of the European office of Blake, Cassels and Graydon LLP, David Glennie and the chief executive of Emerging Capital Partners LLC, Thomas Gibian, as non-executive directors.
All appointments have been made with immediate effect, the company added.
