Minerva secures 20 year lease with insurance broker Lockton at St Botolphs
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Property company Minerva PLC said it has signed a 20 year lease with global insurance broker Lockton, to provide their new European headquarters in the City of London (LSE: CIN.L
- news) .
No financial details were given.
Under the agreement, Lockton will take 84,000 square feet of office space at the St Botolphs development, with an option to take a further 40,000 square feet at a later date, the company said.
When completed, the project will provide 560,000 sq ft of office and retail accommodation in the City of London and the scheme is due for completion in 2010, the company added.
