Premier Research says court approves 60 million pound takeover
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Premier Research Group Plc. said a court has approved the 60 million pound takeover of the company by private equity fund Pegasus Bidco Ltd.
The company said it will apply for cancellation of trading in its shares on AIM from June 6.
The takeover was announced on March 20.
