Cherkizovo sets offer price at $23.50 per share to raise $82.25 mln
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Russian meat producer OJSC Cherkizovo Group said it will price each share at $23.50 at its planned 3.5 million share offer, aimed at raising $82.25 million.
Proceeds will be used to finance the group's growth business plans and repay part of the outstanding debt, the release added.
