Ukraine PM: paying for Russian gas was difficult
KIEV, Nov 6 (Reuters) - Ukraine's payment for Russian gas supplies in October was very difficult to make, Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko said on Friday in a statement confirming that state energy firm Naftogaz has settled its bill on time.
'The prime minister stated that it (the gas payment) was extremely difficult to carry out,' Tymoshenko's office said, referring to comments she made during a trip to eastern Ukraine. Keywords: UKRAINE RUSSIA/GAS BILL
