Neptune Minerals says John Goodwin to assume role of chairman in short term
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Neptune Minerals Plc (LSE: NPM.L - news) . said its independent non-executive director John Goodwin will assume
the role of chairman in the short term, following the resignation of its founding chairman Peter Vanderspuy.
The company, which specialises in exploration on the sea floor for precious and base metals, also appointed Richard Gorton as a non-executive director.
