China Goldmines says non-exec director Watkin resigns from board
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - China Goldmines Plc (LSE: CGM.L - news) . said non-executive director Karl Watkin has resigned from its board.
The gold mining company based in Hunan, China, said Watkin had been a director of the company since its incorporation.
