ArvinMeritor names Jeffrey Craig chief financial officer
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - ArvinMeritor Inc (NYSE: ARM - news) . said Tuesday it has named Jeffrey Craig as senior vice president and chief
financial officer effective immediately.
Craig is replacing James Donlon who will be taking up the role of chief financial officer at the company's light vehicle systems division.
Before joining ArvinMeritor, Craig served as president and chief executive of General Motors Acceptance Corp.'s (GMAC (NYSE: GOM - news) ) Commercial Finance organization from 2001 to 2006.
