Nov 5 (Reuters) - Crombie Real Estate Investment Trust:
* Q3 FFO per share per unit $0.15
* Q3 adjusted FFO per share per unit $(0.01)
* Says occupancy for the properties was 94.2% at September 30, 2009
* Reit - property revenue for the quarter ended September 30, 2009
remained virtually unchanged at $51.0 million
* Says purchase price in respect of the eight properties is about $62.0 million
* Says same-asset NOI for the third quarter of 2009 of $32.4 million
* Reit - agreed to acquire a portfolio of eight retail properties from
subsidiaries of Empire Company Limited
* Says signed a commitment letter for a $37 million mortgage financing
