US Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke arrives for testimony before the Joint Economic Committee on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. Bernanke said Tuesday the recession-hit US economy could rebound this year but warned of further "sizable" job losses and vulnerability of the financial system.
