* During presentation at Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS - news) conference carried on Internet, Chief Financial Officer Ralph D'Ambrosio says company thinks sales exposure to Iraq drawdown is 'manageable'
* Says growth in intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance business expected to slow next year, but it still sees strong
prospects for that segment
* Company slowed share repurchases in recent quarters as it was looking at
acquisitions and eyeing bond-market conditions
* Says it considered acquisition candidates that were acquired by rivals such
as Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT - news)
