PARIS, Sept 2 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and

The telecoms equipment supplier launches a 750 million euros
convertible bonds offering, whose main purpose is to refinance
its debt.
Separately, Sony Ericsson,
Alcatel-lucent and a private equity arm of JP Morgan are
among the candidates shortlisted to buy Nortel Networks Corp's stake in LG (003550.KS - news) -Nortel, South Korean online news eDaily
