UPDATE 1-Citigroup, Relativity agree to dismiss litigation

LOS ANGELES, July 2 (Reuters) - Citigroup Inc (NYSE: C - news) and film financing company Relativity Media said on Thursday they have agreed
to dismiss pending breach of contract lawsuits filed against each other in November 2008 related to a 1997 film funding deal involving Sony Corp Sony Pictures. 'Citigroup Global Markets Inc and Relativity Media LLC today announced they have mutually agreed to dismiss with prejudice the pending litigations between the parties in New York and California. Both companies are pleased to have this matter behind them and look forward to continuing their business relationship,' the companies said in a statement.
