Spanish stocks - Factors to watch on Thursday

REPSOL
China National Petroleum Corp. (CNPC (0135.HK - news) ), the country's largest oil company, plans to revive a $17 billion bid for the Argentinian unit of Spanish oil major Repsol (Madrid: REP.MC - news) -YPF, the South China Morning Post reported on Thursday, citing sources.

Repsol said it had received different offers for the YPC stake, but none of them were firm.
INDRA (Madrid: IDR.MC - news) , ALBA (LSE: ABA.L - news) , FENOSA (Madrid: UNF.MC - news)
Holding company Alba said it had bought a 10-percent stake in technology firm Indra from utility Union Fenosa .
Separately, Fenosa said it had sold 16.4 million shares for 15 euros each.
