Resolution says Jonathan Moss appointed CEO, Smith FD of enlarged Pearl group
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Resolution Plc. said its chief executive Jonathan Moss has been appointed CEO of the enlarged Pearl Group, and Simon Smith as the group finance director.
The acquisition of Resolution by Impala Holdings Ltd., a unit of UK insurer Pearl Group Ltd, became effective yesterday.
