Aer Lingus says finance director Greg O'Sullivan to become company secretary
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Aer Lingus Group Plc. said its current finance director, Greg O'Sullivan, will become the group's company secretary.
The Irish airline's current company secretary, Laurence Gourley, will become Aer Lingus (LSE: AERL.L - news) ' head of legal affairs. O'Sullivan will become group company secretary on June 6, 2008, while Gourley will assume his new role with effect from the Aer Lingus AGM.
The carrier said it would appoint a chief financial officer 'in due course'.
