Swiss stocks - Factors to watch on April 2
ZURICH, April 2 (Reuters) - Swiss shares were indicated
higher on Thursday as European stocks were expected to start the
trading day sharply up following gains by U.S. and Asian markets
awaited a G20 summit and a European Central Bank meeting.
The blue-chip index SMI (0198.HK - news) was indicated to open 76
points higher at 5,094 points, according to data provided by
Clariden Leu.
Swiss Re (Virt-X: RUKN.VX - news) was indicated to open up 2.2 percent at
ABB (Virt-X: ABBN.VX - news) was seen up 0.74 percent.

ABB (Stockholm: ABB-U.ST - news)
Swedish-Swiss engineering giant ABB warned on Thursday that
base orders were deteriorating and that it expected volatility
in commodities and currencies to hurt its core profit this
quarter.
