VSAT - news) to buy WildBlue for $568 mln

ViaSat Inc, a provider of satellite and other wireless networking
systems, said it would buy privately held broadband service provider WildBlue
Communications Inc in a cash and stock deal valued at $568 million.
The deal, which will consist of $443 million of cash and $125 million of
newly issued common stock, is expected to add to ViaSat's adjusted earnings per
share immediately after close.
