* Licenses use of Cellectis (Paris: FR0010425595 - news) ' innovative genome modification technology
* Says research, commercial license agreement with France-based Cellectis s.a.
* Will have access to cellectis' intellectual property on meganucleases, custom
meganuclease production platform
* Says further financial details of the agreement were not disclosed
* Says Cellectis will receive an upfront payment of EUR 3 million
* Cellectis will be eligible to receive fees for development of each
meganuclease, success-based milestones
