French and Benelux stocks - Factors to watch on June 30

PARIS, June 30 (Reuters) - Below is company-related news and leading stories from French and Benelux newspapers which could have an impact on the region's markets or individual stocks. COLRUYT The Belgian discount supermarket chain is in talks with Flemish financing group PMV to adopt Belgian offshore wind farm project Belwind, Belgian newspaper De Tijd said on Tuesday citing unnamed sources. Colruyt (Brussels: COLR.BR - news) was not immediately available to comment on the report. TOTAL Indonesia's state oil firm Pertamina wants to take stakes in two key gas projects where the foreign partners are in talks with Indonesia's government to extend existing contracts, a Pertamina official said on Tuesday. The official said these include the Mahakam block in Kalimantan, operated by a unit of France's Total and is one of Indonesia's biggest gas fields, and the Madura BD field in East Java, operated by Husky Energy Inc and China's CNOOC (0883.HK - news) . EADS (Paris: NL0000235190 - news) An Airbus A310-300 from Yemen with 153 people on board crashed into choppy seas as it tried to land in bad weather on the Indian Ocean archipelago of Comoros on Tuesday, officials said. SANOFI (Paris: FR0000120578 - news) -AVENTIS Sanofi-Aventis Chief Executive Chris Viehbacher said on Monday that European studies highlighting a possible link between cancer and its long-acting insulin drug Lantus for diabetes were 'of poor quality'. THALES (Paris: FR0000121329 - news) UK Defence Equipment Minister Quentin Davies said on Monday a programme to build two aircraft carriers would go ahead after the BBC reported the cost of building the warships would rise to 5 billion pounds from 3.9 billion. Thales is in the consortium involved in the project. FRANCE TELECOM (Paris: FR0000133308 - news) France Telecom sold $2.5 billion of notes in a two-part sale, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters (TRI.TO - news) service. ACKERMANS & VAN HAAREN Belgian dredging company DEME, co-owned by holding company Ackermans & van Haaren, signed contracts worth 110 million euros ($154 million) altogether to build three offshore wind parks.
