Prestigious Retirement Villages says non-executive director Rowley Ager resigns
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Prestigious Retirement Villages Plc. said non-executive director Rowley Ager has resigned from the board with immediate effect to focus on other business interests.
The PLUS-listed company also announced a delay in releasing its results for six months to end-January, and said it expects results to be available after conclusion of discussions with its bankers.
